Departure points and times

If you are planning your trip in train to Machu Picchu you already know that there are several train options and, like the rest of them, the 360 ​° Machu Picchu Train will have daily departures from the stations of Poroy, once a day, and Ollantaytambo, twice a day, heading to Aguas Calientes or Machu Picchu Pueblo, the gateway to our wonder of the world.

As we told you before, it is important to choose the departing station depending on how many days you have to get to the citadel… We recommend to leave from Poroy if you have between one or two days, and from Ollantaytambo if you have three or more days.

We would also like to remind you that between the months of January and April the Poroy station closes due to the rainy season, period in which we offer our Bimodal Service.
