They have to go to the train station located in Ollantaytambo and they end up taking an expensive taxi, or travelling by a bus that may not be the most accessible or comfortable option. It departs at 4:50 hrs, but the passengers should arrive 20 minutes before departure time. The bus ride is approximately 2 hours long. The travelers will arrive at the private Inca Rail parking, where a tour guide will lead them to the train station.
